WLS Orientation. Check.

I went to the orientation for WLS on Thursday, I'm so excited to begin this journey. Or should I say to be on this journey. When I got back from orientation I got my Mammogram results back. Woot! Woot! Negative. I have my first doctors appointment on April 24 with the WLS internist, and EKG.  Also need to get a Pap smear, haven't had one of those in years either.  That's definitely a dip in this journey.  Almost a week and I haven't had any pop, that was easier than thought to give up. I have two more days to implement another new healthy lifestyle change.  Baby steps:)
