April 1st. Step one Mammogram. Check. No pop.

Hope to be sleeved this year. Many hoops to jump through for this to happen.  Today I had my first mammogram in seven years, never wanted to go back because of being so fat. But it is a sleeve requirement, so it must be done. And I did it.....the technician brought me to the dressing room and gave me two hospital gowns to put on, one to open in the front and one to open up in the back. Will  big surprise they didn't fit, my arms are really large.  So I just wore my own top and just took it off during the procedure.  The tech was amazing.  So know I wait for the results.  I hope everything if fine.

So according to my insurance I don't have to wait to get sleeved because my BMI is 56. So as soon as my hoop jumping is complete I should be good to go. So because its not required to go through a supervised weight loss phase. I am going to implement a new healthy life style change each week, today I am giving up all pop, diet and regular.
