OK so I didn't quite hit the 10 mins of activity as hoped for but I did do a couple of laps around the facility I worked at last night. So Ill try again today. I guess that's all we can do is keep trying. I have noticed a slight problem though. My Doctor suggested skipping a meal and using the meal replacement shakes instead. Yesterday was the second day I did this, skipping breakfast with a high protein drink but by 5pm I am ravenous. I just can get enough. I ate my lunch, another protein drink as a snack and my dinner and snacks and was still needing more. Not a mild hunger but an OMG I'm starving kind of hunger and ended up blowing it. So I think for now I'm going back to 3 healthy meals following the Weight Watcher plan and 2 snacks and see if maybe I can work my way into skipping a meal completely. Maybe breakfast wasn't the smart choice and lunch may be the better one. Who knows but I'm going to figure this one out.
