Day One baby steps

Ok so today I made the decision to proceed.  Will the insurance approve it?  Hope so.  Tomorrow I will incorporate exercise into my day.  10 minutes to start and Ill alternate the Wii Fit and the treadmill but that's 10 minutes more than I'm doing now.  So for now I'm going to bed and I'm excited to see what tomorrow brings.  Will I like the protein drink tomorrow, think Ill be trying the CVS brand, will the work out as small as it may be kill  me  stay tuned........
