This morning, which is 5 1/2 months post-op, I have officially lost 100 pounds since the beginning of this process.I can't believe that I have made it here!
Each day is a challange, but, as the saying goes, "each journey starts with the first step" and that is how I look at each new day.
If I make a mistake today, I know that tomorrow I can make up for it!
