OK, I know it has been a while, but, I am still trying to get a handle on this eating thing. I have been on soft, mushy foods now for 4 weeks. I guess I am making the wrong choices, trying to find foods that taste good and that make my pouch happy. I have only lost 5 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. I have lost 2 sizes in my clothes, so I know that I am losing fat, not pounds. I am working out at the YMCA at least twice a week, and walking on my treadmill three times a week, when not going to the YMCA. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried all of the protein bars, and supplements and I end up gagging and vomiting afterwards, which is why I am eating the wrong foods, trying to get my protein in. Does anyone have any recipes that are pouch friendly, but, still taste friendly?
