Stalled

I know that most people experience stalls in their weight loss. I did with WW and every "diet" I was ever on. This journey is different in that I am not "cheating". I have had a couple of days where I reached 1000 calories, but my days are averaging around 750, so this should produce a good and steady weight loss.

For the past 2 weeks, I keep going up 1.5 pounds, down .5, up .5. down 2, up1, etc, etc.

I am wondering what will cause the scale to start to move again. I am easily obsessed with doing things "perfectly". I know that this process and this type of eating will be for the rest of my life. What is the rush? Why do I think I need to lose 32 pounds in 2 months like one of my friends posted?

I know we are all different and our bodies are different, too. I must pray for patience and perserverence to avoid getting hung up on numbers, weighing every 4 hours, and demonstrating those crazy tendencies I can fall into.
