Honestly eating has become a task. I just don't like food right now. I drink protein shakes (one or two a day) and water/crystal light. I get my vitamins in with no problem. But I just hate food. I know it will get better and I force myself to eat at least 1 meal a day. BUT I DON'T WANT TO! I'm so tired of soup, chili, lunch meat, and tuna.. and having to eat it for 2 or 3 days because I can never finish it. Just UGGHHH!!!But besides that I love walking, I do it at least once a day for at least 30 minutes but lately I've been doing it twice a day. Once I get cleared for working out I'm going to do my Jillian Michaels tape for about a month and then I'm heading to INSANITY!!! I'm so psyched! My next appointment is April 26th and if I haven't lost big numbers by then I'm going to have a fit!!
Okay let me go lay down. It's 12:27am and I'm rambling...
