Lost 140 lbs. With Gastric, now Personal trainer, Spin Instructions # spin class at Lafitness in Tampa! Life is great,  now I go to the Seminars and get them out if surgery and into the gym!!  

just came from my office visit lost another 6.5 lbs. I feel great! so this is what weight lose is alll about. I love it!.

I still struggle with the right foods to put in my mouth.  I LOVE TO EAT and I love going out to eat and that has been a real battle for me and my husband because we love eating out.... I am not getting to my goal because of this, I only have 29 more lbs to go because I did pick up some L.BS not being completly filled like I like to be. I am now at 9.0cc's and that should do the trick hopefully, unlike one of my friends she was able to eat right and get the weight off but me? noooooo I am so hard headed and not following the rules. forgive me if I am rambling this is theraputic to me... I am going to work on doing better and made a promise to lose 2 lbs a week, starting this week.
