"I love the Vanilla Bean Torte, Chocolate Truffle, and Cappachino flavors. I mix them with milk and decaf coffee. I also love them in the blender with soy milk and frozen fruit. This is the only protein powder I think tastes good."

His bedside mannor is great, and he gives you alot of information and talks with you, not at you, so you know what could happen and why and have the mental tools to handle anything that comes your way.
