It has taken me 5 years to make this decision. I am on cholesterol mess, have severe sleep apnea so I am on a CPAP with added O2. I get epidural injections in my back and cortisone shots in my knees. My glucose is 6.1, you are a diabetic at 6.4.
I own horses and breed dogs. I live in Northern AZ where being outside is year round. My weight has limited what I do and it's time. I am ready to be a participant in my life agAin. ??
I have my surgery on the 16of December. I'm excited, nervous, I know this is a lifestyle change and I am ready and I will succeed.
