i have been walking , sipping and ice chipping . I feel great. When I got on scale yesterday I had lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm feeling good and believe they are sending me home tomorrow . Thank you am for all your supportâ¤ï¸

I cannot lie, I am nervous. I think more about afterwards than the actual surgery. Yesterday I thought about cancelling it but in my mind I know this is right for me. I will be on

I have been on the 2 week diet. Through all the Holiday parties and pot lucks I will continue to do what I'm supposed to to get my surgery

I am getting my surgery on 12/16/15. Starting to get nervous and anxious. I am excited and scared both. I have a whole new life ahead of me without the weight. Whew
