Not losing and frustrated

Well, I have to be honest. I haven't been eating so great lately. I had chocolate ice cream and Taco Bell a few days ago. I can't believe that I actually ate that crap. I feel bad but I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I started a food log and have been writing down everthing I eat in a day. I'm trying to eat around 1500-1800 calories. I'm not really sure how many calories I'm supposed to eat to continue losing. Hopefully I'm eating the right amount.I haven't lost anything in over a month now and I contribute that in part to my lack of exercise. I do exercise, but not enough. It's just that I hate it for some reason. I mean, I always feel so good after, but it's getting there that is the problem. Hopefully I can just keep encouraging myself.
