 Today is suppose to be day 8 but umm...I fucked up this weekend... just being honest... I need help I need to lose fast... I need to be 240 by Sept 18. I'm scared I don't think I can do it . Friday  I  was -265.4  from 272.8  but On Sat and Sun I was bad :(...This morning I am 267.6 ....ugh I can't win for losing ...

About to say screw it 

 Liquids day 2....

Honestly I think I was overly stressed for no reason....

My hunger is all in my head....

Any yesterdays Menu was as follows:

Morning
- Black coffee no sugar
-water
-black Coffee no sugar
-water

Lunch

-chicken Broth
-water
-black coffee no sugar

Dinner
-water
-Salad- Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Boiled egg, Feta cheese, 2 ounce of chicken , 1 teaspoon of italian dressing


Drum roll....step on scale 3lbs down  

 Welp....

My date was moved...

I gained 17lbs since my new job....

So iritated ...

I need to be 240 so I can have surgery...

So nurse is like just start liquids tomorrow and move surgery to 9/18....

 ugh today I have my Pre-op...

I feel crappy. Running on 4 hrs slp. My apt is at 2:30.
I have the worst migraine. I wonder if its just nerves. I took 3 tylenol at 8:50 and just took 2 Aleve . MY head feels like my brain is trying to excape. My neck is stif, My ears and hair hurt...wtf...FML right now...

Fustrated

 I finally have a date. I am excited, Scared, anxious and many many more emotions.
But I don't want to be excited then it don't happen. I have had so many set backs.

So tired of this
So I find myself doing alot of this 

Sick of people speaking upon something they have no knowledge of. 

 Wow . IDK where  to start. My dorctor dropped Medicaid because they didnt pay for last Patient. So My search began for a Job.  I succeeded. I am with a wonderful coompany which is let me do self pay Insurance after a month of being with them. It's a little High but well worth it. This past Monday they offered me a Perm position yay . My regular insurance will kick in OCT. I feel so blessed I can't wait.  I am done with all my requirements and now waiting on old medical records so everything can be turned into my insurance. So maybe my Surgery date will be In September. So excited can't wait!

 Well I went to the Seminar in Nov. '11. Went to my PCP requested a ref. to a Bariatric Surgeon. had to wait  on autho from insurance. My 1st visit was in Feb.12. was ordered to do a dozen labs and scheduled for testing. Now I am at a halt cause I need another autho from my insurance...This sucks..

I'm at 258 as of Feb my Dr. says I have to be at least 240 before my surgery...

I'm not to consume more than 1600 calories a day and drink 60 grams of protein...its not that bad...plus I been hitting gym at least 1x a day m-f...on my Journey
