My eyes are smiling.....

   Even though it is dismal  and rainy today, I definitely have a smile on my face.  I could not belive my eyes this morning when I stepped on the scale - I FINALLY have lost 200lbs!!!  (200.8lbs to be exact in 13.5 months) This is definitely getting closer to the final goal.   Decided to have the next short term goal to have a BMI less than 35 so I will move from the severly obese catagory to just obese by the BMI scale I have.  As for wt loss - I can't wait until I reach 216 ( 16 lbs away) and I will be able to say that I lost more weight than I weigh at that point.  I have to say that this has given me another fresh look at getting where I need to go.  I could not have done it without the support and love of God, family and friends!!!
   Here's to another year of healthier living!!!!!!!
