Finally banded...

Hey guys..
So  I finally had my surgery yesterday and things are going really well. I have already lost 6 kilos or around 13 pounds from my 2 weeks of optifast shakes.  I am feeling pretty good.  I have a bit of pain in my shoulders and neck and also a bit in my stomach but its all bearable.  I was so nervous yesterday but everything has gone very well. 

Anyway I hope everyone is going well with their weight loss journeys.  Take care and I will keep you all posted on my progress..
