I am amazed at my life today.  I remember walking around and praying that no one notice me.  I dressed to blend with my surroundings.  This was my prayer and desire for so long that it didn't take long for me to realize that I was ignored.  People at work, home and in the community ignored me because of my obesity.  I would walk down the alise in church or the grocery store and no one ever made eye contact with me. 

Thank God that that is no longer the case.  There are times when I get a smile or a nod and it takes me a while to realize that those are meant for me.  I stop myself just short of turning around to see if it is meant for someone else.  I am so grateful for life today.  I walk two miles everyday.  I don't know when exactly, but somewhere along the way that became a piece of cake...
