Its been a long time ....

Hey guys its been so long since ive posted.... I have been out of work and i dont pay as much attention to the computer as i used to. Well right now im fluctuating (sp?) between 224 and 227 its coming off slow but look how far i have come in just 4 months so the way i see it i have about 8 months to loose the additional 60 that im trying to loose. Now i will say this, dieting at home is harder then dieting while working. Without the scheduled lunches and breaks its hard for me to get my water down and keep track of the amount of protein im getting in but im trying, it seems like everyday i fall off the wagon and everyday i get back on. Its still a struggle but when i look about at the 60 pds that ive knocked i dont regret a single moment, this surgery really has changed my life and the journey is not over. My sister just had surgery about a week and half ago and is recovering nicely, she has a lot to learn just like we all have but she will get there. until next time peace !!
