"I have a phobia about surgery in general. I was so scared! In fact, I told myself that if I got a bad feeling during the pre-surgery process I would just not have surgery. When I met Dr. Baggs for my pre-op I knew I could trust him and that I WOULD go ahead with the surgey.
Like others have said Dr. Baggs is professional but also funny. He is patient and kind but also very focused. He put me at ease -- not an easy thing to do!
Dr. Baggs takes his work very seriously. He seems to love what he does and does everything he can to be the best at his profession. If only all doctors were like Dr. Baggs!
The staff as a whole is good at what they do. The department runs like a well-oiled machine.
I received good care at the hospital too, even when I had some complications -- the complications had NOTHING to do with Dr. Baggs and he helped me through them with ease.
I feel lucky that he is/was my surgeon."
