Well, I've been going to a therapist sinc March...I broke up with my BF of 4 years just weeks b/4 the surgery.  I'm having body image problems.  I still see the phat girl, but my therapist thinks i'm normal sized.  I wear a size 12 and am just about 200lbs. I"ve always hid 20-40lbs well.  I'm not sure 12 is a normal size.

I see my image in the mirror and it seems normal, but when photographed i'm like OMFG...that is awful, you look like a fat pig, STILL.

The Therapist thinks its body dismorphism?  (not sure I spelled that correctly).  The Therapist is like 5'8" and looks to be about 100lbs soaking wet, but she told me she weighed like 150...I said NO WAY........Like I'm only 50;lbs more than that and I look like a mac truck and she looks like Twiggy.

Anyway, I'm working on the body image and still pining away after the old BF...maybe 2009 will be a better year.

On Oct 23rd I was six months out from Surgery and have lost 105lbs.  Thirteen pounds two weeks before surgery.  WOO HOO.  At six month check up chlosetrol, blood gulcose, BP, etc...all NORMAL~~~~~~

My current weight is 216.2. on 11/2/08

Thanksgiving Goal:  206.2

Christmas Goal:       199

New Year's Goal:      197

Well....here I am at 3.5 weeks out.  I'm feeling great, but wish to be losing more weight.  So far about 26lbs.  

Six days after surgery I had actually gained 2lbs...was afraid the surgery didn't work.  But the Dr. explained it was all the fluids that they give during surgery adn it wasn't unusual.  I seem to be on track now.
