I'm pleased to say I have lost a little more than my nutritionist wanted me to lose before surgery..already.  I am still working on my clearances to be able to submit to insurance for approval.  Hoping to lose even more before surgery.  I am learning good eating habits and putting them in practice!  I think I'm off to a good start so far...

Good advice I read today on OH for post surgery..

Eat lean, solid protein FIRST Do not eat carbs, especially "white" carbs like rice, bread, potatoes etc. Do not eat slider foods like ice cream, milkshakes, etc. Don't drink with meals Take your vitamins Drink your water Get some exercise
