Yippe!!
Today, I am down another pound. 
I have been doing my walking, that's it, no lifting anything over 15 pounds. I have 5 more days left on this liquid diet. Then I can have pureed foods for 2 weeks, my doctor says. I never thought I would be this excited about baby foods...haha, and so is imy life!
