3 WEEKS POST OP FROM REALIZE LAP BAND PLACEMENT

Hello to all!!! I am exactly 3 weeks post op from my realize lap band placement bariatric surgery. I am soo excited, I feel back to normal. I have come a long way since post op day 1 and 2, let me tell you. For those of you who just had surgery, Yes, it does get better. Keep the faith and get through that first week, you will know what I am talking about! Added bonus, I am losing about 1 pound a day, I have lost 22 pounds since surgery, making me love life. I am sticking with my planned diet, drinking my water between meals and exercising every day. No weight lifting yet, but i am getting a lot of stretching in, toning my muscles, preparing for the day that i may begin weight training. I go for my first fill on November 8th, Whoot!!! I am out of town visiting my family, so I haven't had a chance to get on here in a few days! It's soo funny, I have old friends requesting my clothes, already, I told them I am willing to give them away, but i need to save at least one pair of jeans for my before and after picture..smiles....stay postive.....peace and love...muah
