sofrito curry lentil soup

2 cups lentils
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup of veggie or chicken broth

2 cubes of sofrito 
half yellow/red pepper/ 1 fresh diced jalapeno
handfull of chopped cherry tomatoes
2 cloves minced garlic
2 diced green onions
1 or 2 tbs curry powder
1tbs masala
salt & pepper
