I havent blogged in a bit, I have been a tad busy with work, school, and focusing on myself. I seem to be stuck at 219 these days thats 30lbs from 249 the day of surgery. I have my 3 month post op appointment this coming monday and my actual 3 month date is 30SEP12. I am setting a goal for myself of 215 by this date. I have been slacking on my work outs but now know they are a nust and am getting back in the swing of things. I hope all is well in the land of womderful loosing.
