It is just one of those days!!!!

Have you ever had a day when you have argued with your spouse and afterward you feel really down the rest of the day? That is how today has been for me. I am so down that I can't even get the laundry or housework started. He is gone again out of town for three more days, he just got home last night at 7pm and now he is gone again. Wow this marriage is not getting any easier. I wanted to go to the freezer and get that half gallon of ice cream that he snacks on and eat the whole thing but I did not. That is something that I use to do whenever I would get upset!! I am getting better with food and my emotins.Am I the only one with these issues???
