Wow this week went by fast! Surgery was one week ago, the first few days were rough, not going to sugarcoat that! I had my lap band removed, hiatal hernia repair, and the sleeve! The only pain that remains is from where the port was removed, lots of scare tissue but otherwise doing really well! Following my diet plan, no issues, minimal nausea , Zofran helps, yes gas but gas x strips work wonders, and had to use milk of magnesia to get the bowels going yesterday, thank the Lord! Down 8.3 since surgery, and 15.3 since prep diet! Looking forward to future success, no regrets!
