Sleeping positions - I am 8 days post op and feeling good for the most part - but I am having a hard time sleeping.  I have always been one to sleep on my side at night and have been unable to do this ...

Heading to the Hospital - Think I will try to sleep on the way there.  Surgery day has arrived!  See you all on the other side.  Thank you for helping me prepare!  If I see Candy - I will share the "love". 

chicken broth - Does anyone have any ideas of getting chicken broth to taste better for your clear liquids only time?  Uck I am stuck to coffee and water cause I don't like anything else...

Surgery Date Approaching Fast - Surgery is scheduled for September 14th - it is getting close way too fast.  I am finally getting a bit nervous.  I am lucky I only have to do all liquids one day - the pre-op diet...

sugar free syrups - I often see people talking about using sugar free syrups in different shakes and such... Where do you get these and is there a brand I should be looking for?

Excited and Saddend - I have my surgery date!  So excited - unfortunately it is about a month later than I had hoped for... September 14th!  Pre-op appointment on August 28tth.  It's getting real 

Protein Powder - My nutritionist says the brand I want to use is fine for after surgery but for my presurgery diet they are requiring that I buy unjury - which I did not like.  Does anyone know why...
