Shocked and amazed

So I went to see my Nutrionist this morning and to my surpise I am down another 6 lbs from last week . I made her do the weight 3x because I didnt believe her. I want to be happy but am so confused about why I am losing and not exercising. She tells me its my Calorie intake so I am gonna stick with that for now. LOL!!! (My new total is 15lbs gone in 2months ) I am only eating about 2200 Cals on a bad day and about 1900 on a good day. I have a passion for salad with green peppers and shrooms. I also love the Perdue Perfect portions chicken. Well I thought I would share this with you all.

Next month I am released to hit the gym again , I cant wait to see what happens!
