I think my story is similar to that of most people here. I have been overweight most of my life, starting in very early childhood. I used to be the most active person around. Even at my thinnest and most active (in high school), I was still overweight. I was the 'fat' figure skater, the 'fat' pretty girl. My parents regularly reminded me of my weight and often made derogatory comments about it. I am the only overweight person in my family.
