my blog day 3 and 4& 5

I am still having my 2 protein shakes a day along with my Lean Cuisine.. I go on Friday to pre-op physical.. I am so excited to see my weight loss.. I told myself I am only going to weigh myself 1 time a week.. I will not weigh myself daily, as that can seriously lead to some issues, as I want to stay positive and up beat, I do not want the number on the scale to define how I am doing on a day to day basis. I guess this may work for some. I know it will not work for me.
