I am at week 4!

Okay, I have lost 28 pounds so far. I am so happy with myself, although now I need to start really pushing the exercise, as I can see the skin not tight, and the last thing that I want is a lot of hanging skin.I am really thinking about joining the gym, I want to get into spin class, Zumba and Yoga. Ok so I start my pureed foods on Thursday, I know I will be scared, thinking that the food will get stuck, or I am afraid to put food in my mouth in fear of gaining the weight back. I am so happy I can come here and just post every little thought that I have,, I definitely also want to use this site as my food journal that I see some ppl doing. Well folks, I am off to sleep. Thanks again for this website and for all of you who have been on here for years... hats off to you all.
