Figuring this out

Dec 05, 2013

So I've finally found a way to pacify my mind about changes in eating. I'm two months post-op and I've mentally come to terms with this new lifestyle. Like if it's something that I want to eat and can eat but it's too much at one time, I still put it on my plate because it makes me feel like 'this is mine, i can have it' and I just have to take forever to eat it! Like, take a couple bites of chicken, wait thirty minutes, eat more, and it really works for me and that way I don't feel deprived of eating what I want. Oh, and I'm so glad I found the 30g of protein shakes! If you're going to have to drink a shake, might as well get all you can!

Now, as far as working out, it makes a HUGE difference. And since I HATE blush working out, I have to track my progress like crazy so I know it's worth it! Days I work out I'll lose 2lbs. My goal this week was to try and work out 5 days a week. Now I'm only doing 10 minute brisk exercise videos, but it's consistent and I can do it. My goal next week is to do the 15 minute/1 mile walk 5 days. I'm looking forward to seeing more progress!
