Say WHAT?! I can't believe I'm in the 270's! Just on the cusp, but still there! Working out is definitely worth it! I'm use to the new way of eating now, but I still hate exercising but at least it's paying off! My goal this month was to get to a solid 270 so only 9 more pounds and I'm there! Guess that means that I'm going to do that killer Zumba video again! Surprisingly (well maybe not) it's harder than walking 1 mile even though it's shorter! Thank you Jesus for this progress!
