My paperwork got faxed....
And I got a confirmation that it is at Dr. Bakers office...
Go Linda, go Linda! I have been on the phone, email back to phone with all parties involved.
I think I mighta even called myself once
Buttttt IIIIIII did da damn thang! Now the wait for the appointment begins
. But shouldnt take too long they said before initial visit with Dr. Baker. 
Well... I wanted to share my wow moment pre-op with you all!
