Almost 3 yrs Post Op and ENGAGED!!!!

Feb 19, 2011

March 10th 2011 will be 3 yrs since I had surgery. I've maintained a 130 Ibs loss and my BMI is 22.9 healthy and normal. The only regret I had is that I wish I worked out so I wouldn't have saggy skin. Although it's not as bad as some peoples, but I had huge boobs and have that excess bra fat and my stomach and arms are a small problem and inner thighs. I believe with added muscle I'll be fine. So me and my fiance' yes I said fiance' no longer my boyfriend will embark on P90X to get toned up and increase muscle. I recently got engaged to my wonderful fiance of 1 1/2 yrs December 12/22/10. We plan on getting married July 20th 2012. I'm also about to graduate this year with my BBA so I feel like these last few years have been some of the best few years of my life. I've moved on in life and I'm happy because me and my fiance' have Christ in our life and we are being blessed. Back to the P90X I seen this womens transformation on youtube. She was 300+ Ibs and lost her first 100 Ibs on her own walking and eating better. She had loose skin like me and then she did the P90X and Insanity workouts and transformed her saggy body to a nice tight and toned body without surgery. Her once drippy stomach actually was rock hard with muscle. You can tell slightly that she had a pinch of excess skin from being so large, but I'll take that over what I have any day. So my next move is to reset my body composition with lean body mass and tighten and tone without surgery. If all else fails then after me and my future husband have kids I'll get my boobs done, but I believe I can take care of my stomach, arms, and butt and thighs by adding muscle with strength training.
