"I wanted to update this...My journey started in 12/02 with my consult to Surgery on July 10, 2003. I will always believe I am very lucky to have found Dr Ameri and Louise. From all of our visits and support meetings I have learned lots and established a level of comfort with this team ! My insurance and date-setting processes went as planned. Linda at the Office always helpful and you can hear the smile in her voice. On surgery day I met my team right away as I was the first case of the day. They both reassured me that I would be fine as the tears of fear rolled down my face. Louise held my hand until she had to go and the rest went very well. I did encounter a 4 hr surgery (a little longer than expected) but was immediately told in the PACU that I was doing fine and all went well. Dr Ameri's bedside manner was gentle and understanding and his smile made me feel so calm. The most wonderful news came from the staff at the hospital who made it known to me how much respect they have for him and that really meant a lot !! I am looking forward to a lengthy relationship and feel so thankful !!"
