ok i am now 212 and still going strong , not as much of a weight lose but ihave shrunk a cople of sizes.... Well i have been under 200 for about a mo. and yes its getting to me but i am happy because i havent been this small since High School... Still working out 3 to 5 times a week and looklng as if i might not need a tummy tuck or my arms so i am happy soon it will call come off... I HOPE!!! But i can really drink some water now. HAHAHAHA

I am running a mile, I CAN'T BELIVE IT, never in my wildest dreams thought that I can run a whole mile without stopping. I am so stoked!!! I was tired after one block before . I am so happy !!! I have come a long way and I am finely seen my pay off !! But i still can't stop and my body wants me too, My body is so sore!!!

Well i am still the same weight!!! 228lb i dont even understand this !! someone explain thisto me!! i know that i am not eating every much or may be the wrong things maybe!!!

Well I am 230 and I feel great but, I am still 230 from two weeks ago. I exercise 6 day a week. I run one mile and walk 1 mile and then I use a gaze-ll for one mile and then ride a bike 6 mile and i still the same wait. I don't understand some one help!!!!!
am I doing something wrong,,, I am getting frustrated .. I am also eatting under 600 cal. don't understand .........
