Well I am 230 and I feel great but, I am still 230 from two weeks ago.  I exercise  6 day a week.  I run one mile and walk 1 mile and then I use a gaze-ll for one mile and then ride a bike 6 mile and i still the same wait.  I don't understand some one help!!!!!
am I doing something wrong,,, I am getting frustrated .. I am also eatting under 600 cal. don't understand .........
