The Beginning

May 2, 2011 Today I start my journey and well I've had the same journey off and on for the last 15 years or so but my health worries me as I approach my late 20's and I'm not married and I don't have children so it is the perfect time for me to focus on it. It is going to be difficult and I have to be prepared always. It is going to be a lot of work but I MUST do it and that includes working out, not my favorite thing in the world to do. I know I can do it and I will do it so that I can be prepared for lap band surgery in December. I am excited but looking forward to the half way mark already LOL One day at a time for now :) Here we go!!
