Well my appointment was this Thursday Oct. 6.  I arrived there at 2:05 pm and signed in.  Just when registration bust my bubble and said Mrs. Tobie your appointment was at 1 pm.  I swore the lady up and down "no it's at 2pm look come see my book".  Opened my planner and how goofy did I feel.  A fat 1pm sitting all pretty.  OMG  Well the office couldn't fit me in so therefore I rescheduled for next Thursday.  Everything happens for a reason needless to say I have not obeyed the doctor's directions.  Instead of me cutting back I have been eatiing any and everything.  I vow to start Monday eating healthier.  I may have to shock my body first.  Until then I will keep in touch.  Let me not forget to post my mom's progress.  She actually has done all her pertinent testing and had to sign up for a WLS group session for next Wednesday in Celebration FL with Dr. Kim.  I will be attending with her.  Have a good night OH fam.
