The beginning...

Tomorrow is April 15. 2011 and it's the day I'm scheduled to talk to my surgeon for the first time.  I'm excited and can't wait to start the process for a gastric bypass.  Something that I've mulled over and spent the past 5yrs preparing for.  I'm 52 and 274lbs.  If I want to be around for a while longer something had to be done and I needed the help to get to this point.  I've met with both my primary doctor and my gynocologist this past week and have their support to do this.  Now, it's up to me....and, I'm ready to do this!!
