Today is the day...... it is 12:14am and I am sitting at work typing this. I will be leaving here at 5am so I can be home by 5:15am and then be at the hospital by 6am.

Well i got 6 more days I am not sure how I feel I am kinda like YES finally and on the other hand I am like WHAT THE HELL AM I ABOUT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alrighty I got my pre-op testing information yesterday 7/28.

I just got off the phone with my insurance company and they told me I am approved....

2/12/09- Ok, I went to see the doctor I think I want to do the surgery.... The reason I say think is because I would have to come put of pocket a grand...... Now they do good work because this is the same surgeon that did my moms and she had no problem but they where not that high when she had it done...

$450=Program
$250=Nutritionist (might be able to submit receipt to insurance company for a refund)
$300=Liquid diet (that he requires I be on 2weeks prior to surgery.)


So I will have to think about it see if I can find someone of the same caliber but cheaper...

2/11/09- Ok went to see my old PT (personal trainer) today and he gave me my workout plan and we got started.... I am tying this a couple of days late but MY ARMS HURT........ he want's me to come 3 times a week Mon-Tue-Wed but how I have been feeling the last 2 day I dont know.... But I am going to stay focused on the outcome and i will be back at the gym come Monday....

2/10/09- Went for my stress test they did part of it. I have always had small veins and they are very hard to find well 1hr and 5 pokes later they where still not able to find an IV so they where not able to take the pictures of my heart but I was able to do the treadmill portion w/o any problems and he said that looks good.

Well I start going to the GYM 2mrrow, will update then.

 

 

2/5/09- Went to PCP and told him I wanted the surgery he said ok, so he scheduled my stress test for 2/10/09.
