Almost got a date!

Yippee!  I went to the 5 month checkup and found out that after my class on April 4 I will be submitted for surgery!  The doctor felt confident that I would have surgery  in May!  I'm so excited!!!  I was advised not to gain any weight, to continue working on healthy habit's, to work on preparing myself for surgery and make sure I was mentally ready (or as much I can be!)   Gonna have the old gallbladder removed too since it's on it's last leg.  One scary thing was I was told I might have to be in ICU since I'm on an insulin pump which means I cannot have anyone stay with me, but if that is the case then oh well b/c I'll get more one on one care! 

My in-laws confronted me about surgery.  They have been snooping and now know I have an interest in surgery.  I again told them it was just going to be a gallbladder at this point.  I don't like to lie but they are so opinionated about everything I do and how it is usually wrong.  I cannot deal with all that while dealing with surgery too.
