3 year bandiversary!

weighed in at 162 today. My doctor told me it would take about 3 years to reach my goal weight. My goal is 150 and I am 12 pounds away.  I am really glad I didn't give up and stuck with it..as frustrating as it has been at times.  The lap band really does force a lifestyle change, but if you stay committed, it does work.
