Cholestrol

My cholestrol was 199 (200 is BAD) before surgery.

6/7/05 it was 194

10/30/08 it was 168 !
HDL (good cholestrol)- 58 (60+ is optimal)
LBL (bad cholestrol)- 99 (-100 is optimal)
