Foot drop peroneal nerve damage

 Hi I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with foot drop on May 30th I stood up and my entire leg from my knee down to my toes was completely numb and I was unable to lift my foot the numbness lasted for about 3 weeks and then the tingling started I have had a brain MRI an MRI of my back a nerve conduction test and an EMG test that showed severe Perry O'Neal neuropathy I just had to have surgery on my right leg to decompress the nerve behind my knee my neurologist told me it could be from losing weight so fast and being able to cross my legs or just by losing so much weight since having the surgery I've had a little bit of improvement but not much mainly it is affecting my big toe I literally cannot lift my big toe at all my foot I can a little bit this is been the most scariest experience of my life and if anybody has had any experience with this I would love to hear from you thank you I had surgery December 6th 2016 I weigh 277 as of today I weigh 170 pounds
