I'm so over the concept of the right and wrong ways to lose weight!

I obviously tried to lose weight before RNY and wasn't successful. Or I was and then I found all that weight and then some. Then I did the surgery. 28 months later, so far so

DH and I went on vacation this week, and I've always wanted to do a few things but could never because of my weight. Last year we did roller coaster and this year I got to go parasailing! We tried to do it together but our combined weight was too high

I am gong to have PS on my arms, most likely 1 year from now. I did a consult about 8 months ago to find out costs and to make sure that I could do the surgery. I just about have the money saved and thought I would be having the surgery this Christmas

I'm 27 months out from surgery at this point and am pretty solidly in the maintenance part of all of this, where I'll be for pretty much ever hopefully.

Had a family wedding to go to yesterday. I bought a new dress on sale that I loved, and made me feel very pretty in.

First thing my mom says - in a negative tone - is "What size is that?"

DH is still dieting. I've been very hands off because that's how I'd prefer him to be with me in that situation.

Realized today is my 2 year anniversary. I posted on and wanted to say thank you here to the people who've helped me so much. The vets in particular- you know who you are- I strongly believe I wouldn't be successful without you guys.
