I have nine days until surgery and yesterday, I cheated on my pre op diet. Now I am worried the surgery won't happen and I am doing my best to make sure I don't cheat again. All this liquid...when all I want is to chew some good food - not unhealthy take out - but healthy good food like steak or salmon. I keep on telling myself to stay focused, keep your eye on the ball...as I am sitting here writing this and starving. But I want this, I need this and I am trying my best. I am disappointed in myself for cheating.
