 seen my regular family Dr. yesterday.  My weight 3 months ago there was 257 & today it was 209.  Every happy about those numbers dropping that much in 3 months.  Got to have my blood work done this wk to check my vitamin levels for both Dr.'s.  I feel good with my wieght loss.  Under the weather today but feels like the flue.  No from my weight loss surgery.

 Down 3 more pds.  37 pds down puts me at 217, so much better then 254!!

 I'm down 34 Pd's.  But seems like it took forever to get here.  I'm exercising more now.  So hopefully the scales will move more too..

 I'm down a total of 31 pds.  I'm feeling better about myself with that weight gone.  I'm drinking my water everyday.  & getting in post of my protein.  I'm having to eat 4 or 5 small meals a day to get it all in.  & Someday's that is hard to do.  

 Cant believe it down another 3 pds...254 to 227 for a total of 27 pds.. 4 wks after surgery.   & I need new undie's...LOL mine keep falling down..LOL

 Here its been 3 1/2 wks sense my surgery I'm down 24 Pd's.  From 254 to 230.  Cant wait to be under the 230 right now....I'm hoping that will be sometime this wk..hope hope~  I'm feeling better, today was the first day I wasn't total tired all day long.  Woke up with lots of energy for once.  Hope tomorrow brings the same.  

 Here I go on another wk.  I'm doing pretty good.  If only I could get the itching to stop.  Its from the rash I had after surgery it wasnt a pretty site.  I'm down 19 pds.  all together.  10 before & 9 after.  Not much energy.  Need new idea's for protein.  Any Idea's?  

 I'm so tried but can seem to sleep more then 2hrs at a time.  Anyone else having this problem.  I feel better today then yesterday.  I still have the rash from the tape they used on me in the OR.    I hope it clears up soon.  I'm itching to death here.  I've tried over the counter med.  Dr. Prescription Med.  & home remedy's to help get rid of it.  Nothings working yet.  If its not better by tomorrow I'm going to call the Dr.'s Office.  I don't have a fever so that's a good thing.  Just itching the watery bumps that are on my tummy & underneath my breast.  

 I'm home & tring to rest.  I have a lot of gas that I need to pass.  I'm slowing getting rid of it but it keeps building back up for reason.  I'm also sweating & freezing at the same time doesnt make much sence to me.    I'm getting aboutl 3 hrs sleep at a time then have to get up & move , walk & walk to get some relief from the pain of the gas.  I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years Day.  Hugs to everyone.  Pammy 

 OK its finally here.  I've been waiting for this day since Aug of this yr. Had my alarm set for 7am but woke up at 4:30am.  & I cant go back to sleep.  Wonder why?  I'm not nervous or scared at all.  Just want to start my new life.  Being a healthier & happier me.  I'll have my family & a good friend with me & lots of them at home thinking of me also.  So watch out world here come's the new Pamela...LOL
